In my IT career I've seen many problems. Many companies don't get always what they'd like to have. Sometimes the service provider doesn't deliver what is expected, sometimes companies aren't able to explain their own requirements. When I started to think of developing my own business this is exactly what I kept in mind.
The stone age didn't end because we ran out of stones, but we found new ways to do things better.
Since 1990 I'm active in the IT sector. I have a large experience with implementing software and with coaching people as well. This experience, which is focused mostly in the consultancy sector, I think I can use as well in daily project follow-up but also to participate actively in discussions and negotiations with the business. Competences to which I would like to focus are, next to pure technical skills also soft-skills like: stress resistance, common sense, orally communication skills as well as written, independency, goal focused without losing the scope of the project and with respect to all the stakeholders. My experience as instructor and program coordinator is useful in presenting solutions, leading workshops and meetings and the so important transfer of knowledge.
